How are fees calculated?

Every proposal is priced per project, based on scope, technical complexity, and timeline. We work on a fixed-fee-per-deliverable basis or a monthly retainer, depending on the project type.

Do you take on small projects?

Yes. We deliberately focus on one detailed project at a time — from preliminary studies and one-off opinions through to larger interventions.

Do you work on projects outside Portugal?

Our activity is currently focused on Madeira and mainland Portugal. Projects in other geographies are assessed case by case and depend on the local regulatory framework.
